Wed is Hump Day
After nearly falling asleep most of the day yesterday at work, I got to bed around 10 last night and was asleep by 10:30 or so. At 3:45 I decided that another hour of sleep was definitely warranted, so I reset the alarm to 5. I'm going to try to be motivated to hit the shoulders and arms workout after work today!
