OUCH!

Alarm at 0400 hrs. Waking body check said that my foot pain was not in a good place. Started to roll over, but pushed through it instead and got up, prepped and started the Plyometric (jump training) workout. Foot pain subsided during the warmups so I was good to go. After the first two groups of exercises, my body decided it had had enough as a little nausea and knee pain hit. So, rather than push a bad position, I pulled out and regrouped so I could fight another day. Still a pretty good workout, about a half hour's worth, rather than the full hour, but no complaints and no excuses. It is what it is. I did my best for the morning, now I move on.
